Lenovo's store locator let users find a nearby store. That was the whole experience. The problem was that most customers didn't arrive looking for a store, they arrived looking for a product. The platform wasn't helping them find one.

We redesigned it into a discovery-first experience. Users can now browse by category, find bestsellers available near them, check store stock in real time, and choose between home delivery within 24 hours or same-day store pickup: all from one platform.
