Designing an all-new quick onboarding and sensor setup flow for subscribed and non-subscribed Users

CONTEXT
Originally, onboarding with Netrin was a lengthy, manual process that left users waiting up to 15 days for their heart sensor device to arrive. Meanwhile, new users had no way to explore the app if they didn’t have the sensor in hand.
We revamped this approach by designing a new onboarding flow that allows users self-onboard and start exploring the app right away, even while their sensor is still on its way. This change not only speeds up the process but also keeps users engaged from the moment they sign up.
