CONTEXT
As an early-stage app, we’ve faced our share of hidden bugs. Until now, our sales team has been gathering user feedback through WhatsApp and Slack— a time-consuming process that makes tracking data challenging.
By implementing an in-app feedback system, we're simplifying how we collect insights, making it easier to understand user experiences and create a more responsive, user-centric app.
